1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations

3. Delivery Timelines

4. Shipping Costs

6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If your package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment fees. If a package is lost in transit, contact the merchant within 30 days of the ship date to open an investigation.
